Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for running the hotels Food & Beverage operation including restaurant bar in-room dining and events. This role is both operational and strategic requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets connecting with guests and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service
- Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events
- Rostering coaching cost control inventory management and preparing reports for senior management
If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations together with demonstrated leadership skills we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Previous experience in banqueting as a manager or supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Opera Systems and other food & beverage management software is required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
