The EFS Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily maintenance and technical operations to ensure the smooth safe and efficient functioning of plant facilities with strong emphasis on tactical and hands-on leadership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule daily maintenance activities ensuring timely repairs and strict compliance with safety standards.
Assign tasks based on planned maintenance schedules and urgent operational needs while monitoring work quality and completion.
Design and implement motivational initiatives to improve team engagement performance and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas and practices to ensure adherence to safety policies including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintenance Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness organization and proper restoration of equipment and work areas after maintenance activities.
Coordinate the troubleshooting and resolution of electrical and mechanical issues ensuring the availability of required tools and spare parts.
Perform routine inspections of plant machinery auxiliary equipment and facilities to proactively identify maintenance requirements.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports providing analysis observations and recommendations for process and system improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a similar industry including demonstrated supervisory experience.
Strong technical expertise in hydraulics pneumatics PLCs and drive controllers with familiarity in advanced safety systems and operational procedures.
