Were looking for a skilled and passionate Fleet Planner to join our high-calibre team in Manila. The Fleet Planner Lead will be focusing on our Southeast Asia business and the main job function is to lead a best-in-class fleet planning function that delivers on the key business priorities ensuring we have a clear strategy to meet our business demands.

What youll do:
- Lead weekly pipeline calls with the regions to understand future fleet demand and report to the business.
- Responsible for the identification of future trends and demand analysis that impact our customer offering and value proposition
- Prepare insightful reporting of fleet performance measuring against agreed targets (slow moving fleet utilization dollar utilization) identify improvement opportunities and work with the business to execute actions.
- Manage fleet verification exercises and ensures consistency of data in ERP System liaise with FA controllers to ensure fleet registers are up to date.
- Responsible for planning forecasting and execution of CAPEX in line with the business requirements.
- Responsible for driving the disposal process and ensure the disposal requests are submitted and required action to dispose fleet from the system once approved.
- Responsible for interpreting salesforce data to align with available fleet highlighting any shortages driving cost efficiency by proactively positioning assets strategically.
- Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in demand planning forecasting or operations.
- Advanced Excel and BI capability.
- Practical commercial mindset focused on execution and trade-offs.
- Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation
- Strong analytical skills that can interpret data to track trends and position our fleet accordingly
