Senior HRIS & HR Operations Analyst - SAP & SuccessFactors (Hire-to-Retire)
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior HRIS & HR Operations Analyst to be the operational expert for our Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem primarily built on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM. This role is the backbone of our HR data and process integrity focusing on managing the full Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle from initial data entry and induction management to query resolution and ensuring a clean employee database. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record of managing high-volume HR transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data Management & Transactional Excellence
- Employee Record Creation: Manage and execute the end-to-end process for creating and updating employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ERP HCM (PA/OM) ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Database Integrity: Proactively conduct data audits reconciliation and cleansing activities across both SAP and SuccessFactors to maintain data quality consistency and compliance with global HR policies.
- Induction Management: Oversee the system aspects of the employee Induction and Onboarding process within SuccessFactors ensuring timely and accurate system activation and communication flows.
- Lifecycle Transactions: Execute complex transactional processes related to promotions transfers compensation changes leaves of absence and separation/retirement events across both HRIS platforms.
2. HR Systems Support & Query Resolution
- Ticketing Tool Management: Serve as a Tier 2/3 functional expert resolving complex employee and HR Partner queries and incidents reported via the HR ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow Zendesk).
- User Support & Training: Provide expert guidance and functional support to end-users (employees managers and HR Business Partners) on utilizing self-service functions and specific modules within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot system issues (e.g. failed interfaces incorrect data mappings RBP errors) between SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM collaborating with IT for technical resolution.
3. System Enhancement & Documentation
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for optimizing existing HR processes within the Hire-to-Retire framework to drive efficiency reduce manual effort and improve the user experience.
- Configuration Support: Assist the HRIS lead with testing and deploying minor configuration changes system patches and quarterly/half-yearly release updates for relevant SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central Onboarding).
- Knowledge Base: Develop update and maintain comprehensive system documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for the HR and employee community.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management which are commensurate with the role and contribute to the successful operation of the HRIS and HR Operations function.

- Required Qualifications

- Education: A Post-Graduate degree (e.g. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive hands-on experience in an HRIS or HR Operations role with a primary focus on data management and transactional support.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mandatory: Deep functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and at least one other major SF module (e.g. Onboarding Recruiting).
- Microsoft Excel: Moderate Knowledge of managing the employee data on a spreadsheet with minor formulas. (Ex – V-look up Pivot Table etc)
- Operational Skills: Proven expertise in managing high-volume data in a global HRIS environment and demonstrated experience in operating a formal ticketing/case management system for HR support.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a clear customer-service orientation.
