- Safeguard profitability and company assets through robust financial governance.
- CA(SA) qualification.
- 10 years in finance preferably within large-scale or listed retail operations.
- Proven track record partnering with operations HR or property teams.
- Leadership experience essential.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Excellent communicator and presenter.
- Advanced Excel.
- Comfortable with ERP/BI systems (SAP/BI a major plus).
- Naturally organized adaptable and able to thrive under pressure.
- Strong leadership presence.
