What you will be doing:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of projects balancing long-term milestones with short-term Sprint goals.
Act as the Scrum Master for the team facilitating Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
Manage client engagements and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to prioritise the backlog and align delivery with business goals.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers delays or resource constraints to keep the development team productive.
Keep stakeholders informed via clear reporting project health dashboards and regular updates on timeline adjustments.
Guide the team through testing phases and advocate for "Definition of Done" to ensure high-quality software releases.
Continuously refine project management and Agile practices fostering a culture of self-organization and high velocity.

What our client is looking for:

A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
A Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) or a Project Management professional body membership (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is highly advantageous.
3 - 5 years of experience in a Project Management role with at least 2 years specifically acting as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience within the Finance or Fintech sectors.
Strong background in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and managing technical project teams.
Proficiency in Jira or similar tools for tracking both Sprints and high-level project roadmaps.
A servant-leader approach combined with the commercial awareness to manage client expectations and project constraints.
