We are looking for QA Engineers to help us shape the future of the Swiss automotive market by ensuring the quality and reliability of our modern innovative platforms. You will collaborate closely with a diverse community of talented engineers from around the globe leverage their expertise and contribute your own as you grow your skills in test automation quality practices and scalable high-performing digital products.

Your Mission
- Work as part of an agile team:
- Act as the QA voice in agile ceremonies and independently manage the testing lifecycle to ensure quality and reduce tech debt for medium- to large-scale features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship valuable product increments.
- Perform thorough functionality tests:
- Review acceptance criteria developer notes and design documents to formulate test cases.
- Maintain a balanced testing strategy by dedicating at least 30% of your workload to automation. Prioritize converting key manual test cases into automated scripts to accelerate regression and end-to-end test cycles.
- Test domain-driven web referencing database-heavy back-end systems and check the consistency across devices browsers and operating systems.
- Conduct periodic exploratory testing in test environments.
- Own product quality:
- Work closely with engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
- Provide input on high-level test scenarios risks resources and test estimates during planning sessions.
- Support the bug triage process:
- Reproduce bugs isolate problems and verify fixes.
- Report defects in a clear friendly and easily reproducible manner.
- Track incidents perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable follow-ups.
- Track defects and help troubleshoot errors.

Qualifications :
What will you bring to the ride
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- A degree in IT Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4 years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
- Good hands-on experience with:
- API testing using Postman for REST-based designs.
- Testing UI responsive web application (preferably React).
- Database testing (e.g. SQL PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of automation testing concepts and ability to do automation testing using Cypress/Playwright.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
- A pragmatic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the products quality.
- Willingness to take on new challenges proactively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. CircleCI).
- Experience with mobile testing on iOS and/or Android.
- Knowledge of security testing principles.
