As Distribution Team leader you will take in charge of the
- Management of hotline system / ticket system / regional service engineers / service partners for European distribution business:
- Hotline system: Management of hotline system growing healthy including leading the dedicated team members to avoid missing calls extension of hotline transferring from distributor side to Sungrow calling/ticket center side hotline operation report study hotline feature improving or development hotline system candidate sourcing and to decrease the system cost and regulating the All-in-one calling numbers for all regions.
- Ticket system: Management of ticket system growing healthy including leading the dedicated team members to avoid missing tickets extension of ticket transferring from distributor side to Sungrow calling/ticket center side ticket operation report study ticket feature improving or development and ticket system legal update.
- Regional service engineers: Leading the KPI making and achieving for regional service engineers in distribution business. Regular internal/external trainings should be organized from regional service engineers. Management of regional service engineers guiding local service partners in field service well and making trainings to the local distributors/installers well. Leading engineers engaged constantly in FAQ local language translation. Hiring more engineers according to business growth.
- Service partners: Leading the KPI making and achieving for service partners in distribution business. Management of regular internal trainings from regional service engineers making service partners always talent in filed service events and quality and sourcing new candidates and to decrease the service partner cost.
- Management of Weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual meeting / report / checklist for the performance of distribution service to mother department.
Your profile
All good that sounded great right Now lets have a look at your background so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:
- BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience as after sale or service support jobs for PV/ESS/O&M field. Job experience in inverter is preferred.
- Passion desire and motivation to succeed.
- Language requirements: native Polish and excellent skills English on C1 level. Additional Chinese is an asset.
- Excellent in team management while able to work independently and focused in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
