MYP / IBDP English Teacher IB Extended Essay Lead
Purpose of Role
The American School of Wrocław is seeking dynamic passionate and qualified English teachers to join our international faculty. We are looking for experienced educators who are committed to high-quality teaching and learning within the MYP and IBDP frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging inquiry-driven lessons aligned with MYP / IBDP standards.
- Use formative and summative assessment to inform teaching and track progress.
- Create a positive safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to school development and participate in professional learning.
- Lead or support at least one after-school activity or club.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
- Formal teaching qualifications (Bachelors degree or higher QTS or equivalent)
- C2 level of English proficiency
- Proven teaching experience (preferably in international or bilingual settings)
- Strong commitment to student-centered and inquiry-based learning
- High personal integrity and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Collaborative mindset and flexibility
- Passion for international education and holistic student development
