Job Summary

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Advanced degrees (MBA MSc IT/IS) are an added advantage.
Relevant Certifications as listed below:
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
- Microsoft 365 Certified (Administrator Security Teams)
- ITIL v4 (Foundation or Intermediate)
- CCNA / CCNP
- Security Certifications (CompTIA Security CYSA CEH ISO27001 Lead Implementer)
Knowledge on Firewall Switches Access Points Telephony UPS CCTV NAC solution (NPS Cisco ISE)
Windows/Linux servers Active Directory DNS DHCP GPO
Server monitoring provisioning patching DR and security hardening
LAN/WAN routing switching VLANs VPNs
Minimum 710 years hands-on experience in IT Operations.
At least 35 years in a managerial/supervisory role managing technical teams.
Proven experience supporting multi-site operations.
