We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Greek employer and working from the office in Athens or remotely from any place in Greece.

Project:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Italian speaking clients of Netflix an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service. The service primarily distributes original and acquired films and television shows from various genres and it is available internationally in multiple languages.

What you will be doing:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management billing content technical problems and service navigation.
• Respond to customer questions via various channels such as phone email chat and social media.
• Provide guidance on setting up Netflix on different devices.
• Assist customers with creating managing and securing their Netflix accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes and ensure customers understand their payment options.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (must be C1)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live in Athens Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1045 gross x 14 months
• 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law)
• Monthly Bonus of up to 160 Euro gross per month
• Full time (40h/week) fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
