Role Summary

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international customer experience project in the travel and accommodation sector. This is a fully remote role based in Greece ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers handling bookings and working in a structured yet people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to bookings reservations and cancellations

  • Support customers via written and voice channels (calls may occur occasionally for follow-ups)

  • Ensure accurate documentation and resolution of customer requests

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1) and English

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable working with computers and online tools

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit

  • Mandatory document: birth certificate including both parents names
