Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day operational functions related to data center environment.
• Provide strong leadership to the data center maintenance team and hold the team accountable for delivering solutions to customer.
• Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of data center infrastructure.
• Engage leverage and drive simplified processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.
• Work in high stress situations and provide support to a 24x7 team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Eligibility Requirement:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job.

The base pay range for this position is $95000- $159000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 31 2026.

• Broad knowledge of IT disciplines including compute network and storage platforms
• Knowledge of industry best practices in data center management
• Strong technical foundation in infrastructure technologies

• Strong Project management skills
• EHS and crisis management experience or awareness
• Experience in process management and improvement in a technical environment

• Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills: strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a clear and succinct manner
• Ability to work independently and direct groups of contractors
