Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse-Urgent Careat Dumfries Ambulatory Care Centerin Dumfries Virginia.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient environment (Clinic hours M-F 7AM-8PM and Saturdays 7AM-2PM)
- 36-39 hours weekly must be available on some Saturdays
- Flexible schedule Emphasis on work-life balance
- Opportunity to provide care for our military population
Responsibilities:
- Assist with triaging providing direct patient care and assisting in clinic procedures
- Provides telephonic communication between healthcare provides and patients
- Screens and administersimmunizations
Requirements:
- Registered Nursing degree and current license; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years; preferred 5 years clinical nursing experience involving high levels of direct interaction with patients preferably in a military primary care setting
- Prior RESPECT-Mil or care facilitation work experience preferred not required
- Advice nursing nurse educator and/or telephonic experience preferred
