DescriptionThe Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic forward-thinking leader responsible for designing implementing and optimizing a modern data-driven talent acquisition strategy for the Texas Childrens system. This leader ensures Texas Childrens effectively attracts hires and retains exceptional talent across clinical non-clinical provider and leadership roles while modeling and embedding the systems HEART values (Humility Excellence Accountability Respect and Trust) throughout the recruitment experience. The Director partners closely with Human Resources operational leaders physician groups Internal Communications Public Affairs and Marketing & Communications to deliver a consistent high-quality and values-based candidate experience across all Texas Childrens entities.

- Proactive recruitment for critical high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Innovation in sourcing technology and recruitment processes
- A high-performing team of recruiters sourcers and coordinators

- Recruitment marketing university partnerships and community outreach
- Values-based competencies integrated into hiring decisions
- Analytics and dashboards to drive strategy and anticipate needs
- Executive and leadership recruitment across the enterprise
What You Bring
- Bachelors required; Masters preferred
- 8 years in HR with 35 years in leadership
- Experience in healthcare or large complex organizations (preferred)
- Proven success leading high-performing teams and large-scale hiring operations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tech sourcing HR practices employment law and analytics
- Excellent communication collaboration and relationship-building skills
