Job Summary:
The Move-in Coordinator will build meaningful relationships provide clear and honest information and help individuals envision the lifestyle and support our community offers. This role supports the sales process and coordinates move-in efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a warm and informed first point of contact for prospective residents and their families offering compassionate guidance throughout their senior living journey.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure smooth transitions for residents especially throughout the move-in process.
- Coordinate prospective resident documentation to create a complete move-in file.
- Preview the new leased apartment prior to move-in to ensure apartment readiness.
- Maintain records of leads referrals and communications using CRM software.
- Help lead personalized tours and conversations that help individuals understand our communitys lifestyle and supportive care options.
- Aid in cultivating strong relationships with community organizations to build trust and generate referrals.
- Support in organizing and participating in proactive outreach marketing campaigns events and open houses.
- Reflect the communitys mission and values through ethical conduct positive representation and relationship-centered communication.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications social work or related field
OR
- Associates degree in marketing communications social work or related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Drivers License in good standing
- Strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Exceptional proactive time management collaboration and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable especially in Microsoft Office.
- Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
- Flexibility to work various hours including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit stand or walk for long periods.
- Ability to move comfortably and safely which can include lifting bending stretching squatting etc.
