Bistro Box is excited to expand our team and is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join us as Baristas and Kiosk Assistants at our Auckland Airport locations. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our a Barista or Kiosk Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality beverages and snacks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers ensuring exceptional taste and presentation. Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent service in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk and work area adhering to health and safety standards. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as : Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work early morning shifts weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
