Lead and mature the IT breakfix prioritization program
Manage prioritization logic change requests escalations and manual override processes
Develop and maintain project plans timelines scope and delivery milestones
Partner with engineering and operations teams to define requirements and success metrics
Coordinate testing rollout planning and operational readiness activities
Prepare and present impact analyses status updates and governance communications
Support change and release management processes with clear documentation and communication
Deliver quality performance and progress reporting for program initiatives
The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field
PMP or PMI certification required
57 years of project management experience in large-scale multi-platform environments
At least 5 years of experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical datacenter operations
Strong ability to assess and manage risk across technology operations and business domains
Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes and collaborate across organizations
