As an Orthopedic Surgeon at Rinvio Recruitment you will play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services while collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide expert orthopedic surgical care to patients
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery
- Participate in continuous education and training programs
- Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives
- Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures accurately
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education
Schedule: 5 days per week
1:6-1:7 general orthopedic call rotation
Setting: Clinic and OR
Case Mix: General orthopedic hand and wrist
Team Structure: 5-7 MDs 12 APPs
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
