Job Description
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) including booking of cheques and daily receipts from clients.
- Credit control of outstanding from clients.
- Assist in posting of inter-company invoices
- Issuance of inter-company invoices to related companies for recharge.
- Booking of netting entries.
- Handle intercompany confirmation and aging reports for specific entities.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation for specific entities.
- Assist and support in internal and external audits queries.
- Other adhoc duties / responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 1 year of working experience in finance and accounting role
- Good accounting knowledge
- Has a keen eye for detail has integrity and good analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience in JD Edwards system is a plus
- Able to work independently and is self-driven
