The incumbent provides critical support to the Associate Dean (Academic) Team working closely with the Assistant Director in coordinating academic programs outreach admissions and scholarship initiatives across the College of Science (CoS). The role ensures smooth implementation of undergraduate programs strengthens student learning experiences promotes NTU Science to top local and international students and aligns College-level activities with NTU central office directives. The role also undertakes other relevant operational and administrative tasks as required to support the effective functioning of the Associate Dean (Academic) Office.
Responsibilities:
Undergraduate Academic Programs
Serve as liaison between CoS Schools and Office of Academic Services (OAS) on course approvals and operational issues.
Administer the College-level undergraduate awards grants and bursaries.
Compile Student Experience Survey and Graduate Employment Survey data.
Provide operational support for the planning and execution of Convocation-related activities.
Coordinate selection and administration of the Nanyang Education Awards.
Undergraduate Outreach
Coordinate NTU Open House CoS Tea Party Science Discovery Camp and other College outreach events and activities.
Coordinate regional and international outreach trips.
Undergraduate Admissions & Scholarships
Compile and report admissions data to management during each admissions cycle.
Update scholarship offers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 13 years of relevant working experience preferably in tertiary education institutions
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and event management skills
