Were looking for a Multimedia Designer and Marketer who can develop compelling visual and video content across social platforms and digital marketing channels. Youll create visuals and videosfrom static images to short-form and long-form videosthat help grow brands across health wellness and relationships using both traditional tools like Canva and emerging AI-powered tools.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating conversion-driven content for platforms such as Facebook Instagram Pinterest TikTok and LinkedIn and understands how to adapt creative and messaging to platform-specific formats algorithms and audience behaviors.

Produce Engaging Visual and Video Content for Social Media
Create static images carousels quote graphics and branded thumbnails.
Edit short-form videos for TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Edit long-form video content for YouTube websites and training platforms.
Use AI and Video Editing Tools
Work with tools like Descript Canva Midjourney and Runway to improve and speed up content creation.
Add captions B-roll transitions and voiceovers.
Design for Conversion and Engagement
Make content thats not just good-lookingbut gets clicks comments and shares.
Adapt content for Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest email and app stores.
Build different versions of content for A/B testing and learning what works best.
Follow brand guidelines while optimising for platform-specific best practices.
Own Strategy and Execution
Receive direction via titles scripts or themes but also propose fresh trend-aware ideas.
Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to iterate and improve content effectiveness.
Work Across Different Brands
Support content needs for multiple brands: a pediatric practice a relationship tools platform and an upcoming health app.
Coordinate with brand leads and founders to align messaging with business goals.
First 30 Days:
Familiarise yourself with brand guidelines tools and workflows.
Deliver your first batch of assets and video edits using Descript and Canva.
Participate in initial creative strategy sessions.
60 Days:
Independently manage weekly content cycles for at least two brands.
Present performance-driven content improvements based on early analytics.
Begin proposing your own content ideas aligned with audience insights.
90 Days:
Transition to full-time with a consistent content calendar in motion.
Demonstrate clear growth in engagement metrics (reach CTR watch time).
Contribute to quarterly content strategy planning and testing.
Maintain a consistent weekly output of content tailored to each platform.
Achieve engagement benchmarks set by brand leads (e.g. video retention rate click-through rate social sharing).
Successfully launch A/B tested content with clear learnings and adjustments.
Consistently align visuals with brand voice across all media types.
Must-Have Experience
Strong proficiency with Descript and Canva.
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
Previous work producing short-form and long-form content across platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools for media production (HeyGen Midjourney Runway etc.).
Understanding of content strategy engagement and conversion-driven design.
Background in marketing branding or storytelling.
Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and other content platforms.
Bonus Skills
Experience using Notion GoHighLevel and Google Workspace for collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to adapt content for different industries or audience segments.
Portfolio Required
