Automation Test Engineer

As an Automation Test Engineer You Will: Design develop and maintain automated test solutions using Python-based frameworks Build and execute automated tests using Playwright (Selenium acceptable) for web applications Perform API testing using Python requests libraries and tools such as Postman Conduct system integration testing including functional and non-functional testing Develop and debug automation scripts using VS Code Work with test management and automation tools preferably Azure DevOps and Robot Framework Perform database validation using SQL (preferably MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (preferably CosmosDB) Support test automation for mobile applications Execute or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required Collaborate within Agile teams and follow SDLC and test lifecycle best practices Ensure high-quality delivery for applications in the banking domain particularly credit card and payment processes What You Bring to the Table: 46 years of overall experience in automation and manual testing Strong expertise in object-oriented programming using Python Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium for test automation Practical experience in REST API testing Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools Knowledge of Robot Framework for automation testing Working knowledge of SQL (MSSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB preferred) Experience in banking or financial services domains especially payments and credit cards Proficiency with Git workflows and repository management Exposure to mobile test automation Preferred certifications: ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced) and/or RFCP (Robot Framework Certified Professional) You Should Possess the Ability To: Develop scalable and maintainable automation frameworks Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test scenarios Identify document and track defects and quality risks Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems Work effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams What We Bring to the Table: Exposure to complex enterprise and banking systems Opportunities to work on end-to-end test automation initiatives A quality-focused role emphasizing automation-first testing strategies Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
