- Negotiate competitive pricing favorable contract terms and ensure favorable delivery conditions.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies through supplier diversification dual sourcing and contingency planning.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising material quality or performance.
- Optimize inventory levels by aligning procurement with production schedules lead times and material shelf life.
- Monitor global raw material price trends and deliver timely market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
