- This role will mainly work with the AVP Business Development L&H to support the development of the Company Agency under special project including but not limited to recruitment training and sales support communication at execution level and Quality Assurance.
Job Responsibilities
- Execution of SLHKs support to Company Agencys recruitment initiatives including corresponding recruitment events activities COP tours VIP Client Tours Tradeshows etc.
- Evaluate corresponding recruitment package regularly investigate market competition and enhance according to the market trend as well as Company Agencys advisor needs for maximizing the motivation and business deliverables
- Facilitate onboarding requests including requesting practice exam and SL agent codes etc.
- Provide exclusive training to different business segments able to design and deliver customized trainings for different audience.
- Participate in designing efficient training program together with Company Agencys training team or industry consultants to uplift the overall capabilities of Company Agencys agents on connecting reaching out and capturing marketing opportunities focusing on MCV client needs and characteristics
- Provide sales support to Company Agencys agency teams including but not limited to product introduction sessions tradeshows material distribution underwriting follow-up.
- Communicate regularly and timely with Company Agencys Team Leaders/Centre of Influences on all Company Agencys team-related issues recruitment initiatives client promotion VAS needs
- Provide market insight to support recruitment
- Being the key person and contact point for business related issues and represents Company Agencys perspective during the collaboration with other broker support functions as well as other departments
- Work with Company Agencys RO and ensure compliance of industry requirements and guidelines and companys rules and practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
- 10 years relevant working experience.
- Mainland Chinese insurance market related working experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of sales within the insurance industry sales trends manpower flow new product development and market intelligence especially in MCV market specific perspective
- Solid insurance product knowledge capable of delivering training seminars
- Good understanding related to the MCV market need in Hong Kong the latest industry trend and development in China insurance industry as well as GBA related policies and business opportunities
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese English is a value add.
