Salary: 50000 bonus - 80000 OTE Company Car

Our client s a forward-thinking company working with 14 brands across 6 locations.
They are now actively recruiting for a New and Used Car Sales Manager for their modern multi-brand dealership in Exeter
Job Role
The Used Car Sales Manager will be responsible for our clients Premium Used stock as and so a background in premium used car sales would be beneficial.
You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. Our client will invest in you to ensure that you maximise your potential and give you the tools to grow your ability. With 5 multi-brand sites we have career development and progression opportunities within the group and seek individuals with a desire energy and determination to do well.
About you
You will be someone who can lead passionately from the front you will understand how a dealership works and will have experience as a Main Dealer sales manager or very experienced business manager. You will be used to managing manufacturer relationships and producing the best results for sales and customer satisfaction.
You must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience and live within a commutable distance to Norwich or be willing to relocate.
You will be professional and presentable and will be an ambassador for our client and the brands you will represent.
Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence.
