Job Summary
Domestic Considerations: 44 RSD More on discussion- Army Reserve post some travel and overnight duty will be required at weekends and ADX
Position Role: To manage the AULDP trg syllabus in support of OC . Mentor OCdts Onto the AOSB pipeline.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the AULDP programme to Junior/Inters Div
2. Mentor OCdts instilling the V&S of the army
3. Mentor OCdts onto the AOSB pipeline
4. Provide imaginative leadership and development trg serials in support of Div trg.
5. Provide staff support to the wider directorate as required.
