Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
2 years of support lead experience including:
o Incident triaging
o Major incident management and communication

o Change Management and housekeeping
Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture certificate and password management and maintaining webservices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
ITIL certification mandatory
5 years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
Experience with Dynatrace ELK and PagerDuty
