Rotational Program Overview
AEDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.
- Develop Well-Rounded Engineers through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis Ohio Florida/Texas
- Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs
- Understand the Full Project Lifecycle from design to field implementation
- Build Cross-Office Collaboration Skills with teams across design centers and job sites
- Prepare Future Project Leaders with diverse real-world experience
- Enhance Engagement & Retention by aligning strengths with roles and locations

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Contribute to roadway designs layout alignments create typical sections site assessment and engineering report development.
- Creating construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD CAD Program
- Prepare design calculation documentation
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Different projects would include Roundabouts Urban Roads Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements
- Work is completed in the office with occasional site visits
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Students majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Construction Engineering Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
- Reliable transportation to and from office location
- Strong work ethic willingness to learn and try new things
- Graduating in December 2025 or May/June 2026
