Job Summary

Exit 11 Coffee is theonly drive-thru coffee in the area serving homemade fresh clean organic food and drinks.

Were looking for baristas who care about what they serve take pride in quality ingredients and want to do things the right way even when its busy.

We serveaward-winning locally roasted organic coffeeusingtraditional Italian espresso equipment. This is not a relaxed café environment. We work with focus consistency and purpose as a team.

Pay:$20$25/hour
Training will begin at a slightly lower rate until you are certified.

Willingness to learn high-level coffee knowledge (no experience required)

Interest in learning a trade and growing in skill over time

Training & Growth

We will train the right person to become askilled coffee professional. Prior coffee experience is not required willingness to learn and care about quality is.
