The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for key functions including physician onboarding compensation administration and coordination of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in human resources and physician support a thorough understanding of physician relations and outstanding organizational and communication abilities. This position is essential to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new physicians ensuring accurate and timely compensation processes and supporting the continued success of the organization.

The Human Resources Generalist Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required.
Minimum five years Human Resource experience in healthcare preferably in a hospital setting preferred.
