Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Become immersed in how to connect marketing and technology solutions to client pain points bringing in subject matter experts at the right moment to instigate sales motions
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with client stakeholders positioning iCrossing as a strategic growth partner.
  • Map out client business structures and decision-making units to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve portfolio targets.
  • Own the overall health and growth of key accounts driving client satisfaction and optimising iCrossings commercial performance.
  • Connect the dots across iCrossings digital disciplines to deliver cohesive integrated solutions.
  • Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
  • Oversee day-to-day client program execution providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
  • Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
  • Mentor and grow team talent fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Track progress against goals and commitments providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.
  • Champion service quality partnering with capability leads to manage risks and resolve issues effectively

  • Proven success in expanding key accounts and cultivating trusted enduring client partnerships.
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity translating complex challenges into clear actionable high-impact solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with confidence presenting and influencing through PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combining pragmatic execution with visionary thinking.
  • Leadership that inspires action without direct authority fostering alignment trust and collaboration across teams.
  • A client-first mindset anticipating needs designing solutions and delivering exceptional experiences.
