Job Summary:
ThePaidMediaSpecialistwillsupport our in-house paid media team who executes digital marketing efforts acrossthe North American EMEA APAC & LATAM is a hands-on paidmediarole where the candidate will be expected to be in platform executing and optimizing role is perfectly suited for a new starter in digital marketingwho is looking to expand their knowledge and experience.
As a member of theperformance marketingteam the successful candidate willbeexpected tohelp execute andoptimizeour various campaigns across the year while providing recommendations to the channel strategists where applicable.
The successful candidate will alsohave the opportunity todevelop their knowledge outside of paidmediaby supporting the performance marketing team inABM& SEO efforts.
The successful candidate will report toeach of the channel strategists and the performance marketing director.
How Will I Make an Impact
- Support in the creation and management of new LinkedIn Ad campaigns for the B2B market (with support and guidance from the Paid Social Manager)
- Support in the execution&optimizationPaid Search (Google Ads) campaigns for theNorth American&International markets(with support and guidance from the PaidMediaManager)
- Support in the execution ofABM marketing display campaigns
- Creation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns (with support & training from web experience team)
- Partner with creative team & external freelancers to develop assets for performance marketing campaigns
- Support in the management of external agency and/or channel partners
- Report success metrics and provide insights & recommendations on paidsearch& paid socialperformance
- Assistwith project and resource planningwhererequired
- Work with web SEO & content team to feedback keyword insights & findings
What youll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics & channels
- Knowledge ofPaid Searchand/or Paid Socialchannels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B verticals is preferred
- Experience with tracking technologiesincludingGoogle Tag Manager& Google Analytics is preferred but notrequired
- Ability to create positive external relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizationand project managementskills
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Attention to detail
Location Information: This position offers the flexibility to work from your home office within Canada or at one of our vibrant office spaces in Kitchener Toronto Winnipeg or Vancouver.
