Job Summary
Zone IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive desktop support including the installation configuration and troubleshooting of various hardware and software in a corporate environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience for all end users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a desktop support role or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hardware setup troubleshooting and repair including desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
- Proficient in Active Directory user account management and mobile device management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems for service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
