As part of the S&P Global Market Intelligence (MI) Executive & Operations Support (EOS) organization you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless experience for employees and visitors at our Manchesteroffice .This position offers a dynamic blend of office administration operational coordination and executive support providing variety and impact in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The Team:TheExecutive & Operations Support team delivers exceptional customer service to senior leadership while providing essential operational support to employees across our global offices. We act as a strategic partner ensuring alignment between S&P Global employees and the organizations overarching goals. Our focus is on enabling efficiency fostering collaboration and driving excellence in every interaction.

This role willbe responsible foroverseeing managing and flawless execution of the following areas: event strategy including format cadence dates and city/siteselection evaluation andselectionof venuessuppliersand platforms.

KeyResponsibilities:

Office & Operations:

  • Partner with site leadership Facilities and IT to deliver initiatives that improve employee engagement and collaboration. Organize town halls divisional events and office activities including meetings social gatherings and special occasions. Generate creative ideas to keep engagement initiatives fresh and motivating.Assistwith social engagement budget planning andprovidecost-effective options to ensure eventsremainwithin guidelines.

  • Engage with the building management company and wider stakeholder community for property organized events/visits.

  • Act as a primary contact for internal and external visitors. Manage some travel arrangements office access and agenda planning. Oversee client meeting room bookings and support all aspects of meetings and eventscateringlogistics materials AV/Zoom setup room configuration and visitor hosting.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general office queries (e.g. desk bookings printing). Maintain strong working knowledge of conference room technology to provide basic IT support and troubleshoot common issues in collaboration with AV and IT teams.

  • Support processes for new hires transfers and leavers including staff access cards T&E corporate credit cards mobile phones and other essential guidance.

  • Work closely with internal departments to align stakeholder expectations coordinate resources andoptimizeworkflows fortimelydelivery of commitments.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships across the EOS team and wider organization to ensure effective collaboration.

  • Some local/regional travel may be.

  • WhatWereLooking For:

  • 2to 4 years of experience in office administration.

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in English at a professional/business level.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office suite particularly in data analysis using MS Excel and creating presentations with MS PowerPoint.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills capable of building relationships at all levels.

  • Skilled in Power BI for data analysis and dashboard development.

  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities for crafting and delivering professional reports.

  • Outstanding planning time management communication decision-making presentation organizational leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven and highly organized able to handle multiple tasks meet deadlines and prioritize projects effectively.

  • Polished and composed capable of working independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment while adept at reprioritizing tasks with a positive and proactive mindset.

  • Strong capability and enthusiasm for managing various tasks events and projects in a fast-paced environment often across multiple time zones.

  • Comfortable managing sensitive topics and confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the foresight toanticipateemerging issues and plan proactively for success.

  • Required to be in the office a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week with flexibility foradditionaldays as needed by the business.

  • Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM IST
