What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and managing buyer enquiries
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
• Supporting vendors throughout the sales process
• Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales ability and confident negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive approach
• Self-motivated well presented and personable
• Knowledge of the Ashtead area is advantageous
• Full driving licence and own car essential
• Committed and professional approach to estate agency
