What Were Looking For

  • We currently have two key areas of need and welcome applicants with experience in one or both:
  • Neuroaffirming and trauma-responsive therapy for children young people and their families plus supervision of others delivering these services. Enthusiasm for supporting neurodiverse families is a must!
  • Psychological assessment across the lifespan including supervising assessment practices. Were passionate about neuroaffirming assessment for children adolescents and adults (ADHD autism learning disorders).
  • In this role youll provide clinical services to clients and supervision to our team helping us maintain excellence in care and professional growth. The role may include a mixed case load of therapy and assessment based on your area of expertise and your clinical preferences.

About You

  • At least 2 years experience in therapy services (with a commitment to neuro-affirming practice). Experience providing diagnostic assessments would be a bonus!
  • At least 2 years experience mentoring or supervising psychologists in child therapy.
  • Experience providing diagnostic assessments would be a bonus!
  • If youre not yet a Board Approved Supervisor thats okay well support you to achieve this within your first 6-12 months with us.
  • You value ongoing growth enjoy teamwork and contribute positively to team development.
  • Youre approachable collaborative and passionate about sharing knowledge and learning from others.
  • Youll appreciate a workplace with strong administrative and clinical support so you can focus on what matters most client care.
