What Were Looking For

We currently have two key areas of need and welcome applicants with experience in one or both:
Neuroaffirming and trauma-responsive therapy for children young people and their families plus supervision of others delivering these services. Enthusiasm for supporting neurodiverse families is a must!
Psychological assessment across the lifespan including supervising assessment practices. Were passionate about neuroaffirming assessment for children adolescents and adults (ADHD autism learning disorders).
In this role youll provide clinical services to clients and supervision to our team helping us maintain excellence in care and professional growth. The role may include a mixed case load of therapy and assessment based on your area of expertise and your clinical preferences.

About You

At least 2 years experience in therapy services (with a commitment to neuro-affirming practice). Experience providing diagnostic assessments would be a bonus!
At least 2 years experience mentoring or supervising psychologists in child therapy.
Experience providing diagnostic assessments would be a bonus!
If youre not yet a Board Approved Supervisor thats okay well support you to achieve this within your first 6-12 months with us.
You value ongoing growth enjoy teamwork and contribute positively to team development.
Youre approachable collaborative and passionate about sharing knowledge and learning from others.
