Administrative Support Inpatient (SatSun)

Trustbridge Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking an organized and friendly Admin Support Rep (Inpatient) to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is onsite.

This entry level part-time position works Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 a.m 9:00 p.m. supporting the front desk and ensuring a seamless empathetic experience for patients and families during one of lifes most meaningful transitions. Training will be provided that is Monday through Friday for 2-3 weeks.

Since 1978 Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.

What Youll Do:

• Work the front desk greeting patients and visitorsanswer phone calls and operate standard office equipment including fax computer printer
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients families and referral sources with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely and accurate admissions.
• Support a compassionate patient-centered environment that reflects the mission and values of Trustbridge Hospice.

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working in business office and/or hospital unit preferable.
• Mastery of essential office skills superior organization and effective communicator.
• Sensitive compassionate caring efficient self motivated proactive and flexible.
• Must have basic computer skills including word processing and data entry - excel spreadsheet experience a plus.
