Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a professional and adaptable Customer Service Officer to provide high-quality client support at a major justice precinct. Reporting to the Operations Centre Asset Compliance Team Leader on-site you will manage incoming requests coordinate with Facilities Managers and contractors and ensure accurate timely communication.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure detail-oriented and confident navigating challenging stakeholder environments while fostering collaboration and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer client calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Log track and manage service requests in the CMMS system
- Coordinate with Facilities Managers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records reports and client communications
- Support a safe and compliant work environment adhering to OHS&E requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure client satisfaction
Education Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Centre or similar environment
- English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Strong computer skills (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional telephone manner and ability to manage multiple requests
- Attention to detail accuracy and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing demanding client interactions
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Customer Service
- Experience dispatching work in a Facilities Management or trade environment
Workplace Flexibility
This role is based at the Parramatta site with hybrid flexibility 3 days on-site 2 days WFH. Core hours have a shift time available between 7:00am and 6:00pm with occasional variation as required.
