About the Role
We are seeking a new President to lead our International operations. The President is the leader of their office unit and serves as a member of the organizations executive leadership team. The role is responsible for strategic vision and planning for their office alongside the vision for the entire company.
The role is responsible for the budget fiscal management and financial health of their office unit. They will set their offices policies and strategic direction for their unit both for the near term and for the foreseeable future. Its their responsibility to ensure the company follows its mission policies and procedures that are in place and is profitable.
Key Responsibilities Include
Overseeing budgets staff and executives and evaluating the success of the company
Meeting with other executives to assess the direction of the company develop short and long-term goals plans and strategies and ensure the companys compliance with the companys mission.
Overseeing the complete operation of their office unit and ensuring all goals are met based on the companys strategic plans.
Analyzing budgets and financial reports.
Updating and revising plans to increase the companys profitability and progress.
Creating and maintaining relationships with the community and industry leaders and encouraging building their network of centers of influence in the construction community
Looking for alliances mergers partnerships and investment opportunities and reviewing and advising on contracts.
Attract and keep senior talent in your office
Work toward achieving budgets and revenue retention rate of 90%
Responsible for the growth and profitability of their respective offices and profit centers
Responsible for producing new business and retaining current business
Strategically lead your office meetings (for producers AEs and other groups)
Participate in thought leadership opportunities publish articles speak at industry functions etc.
Meet regularly with senior company officials:With the participation of the senior team make sure that decisions the organization needs are well-thought-out and timely. Use this team to spread ideas and direction throughout the organization until every employee understands their expected role and responsibilities for contribution.
Form staff guide leadand manage an organization: Make sure the organization is sufficient to accomplish the presidents responsibilities and the strategic plan of the business.
Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape: Note opportunities for expansion: customers markets new industry developments and standards and so forth.
Responsible for following with clients on invoice collections (receivables) when escalated and keeping receivables current for their office
