Location: Foxboro MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a toddler classroom and ensure a nurturing developmentally appropriate environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support social emotional language and motor development.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to support quality and consistency.
- Maintain classroom safety and compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations.
- ECE Certification required for Toddler Lead Teacher in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience with toddlers (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
