We are looking for
Agronomist - Biofuel Consulting Specialist
Bureau Veritas Italy is seeking talented and experienced Agronomists specialized in biofuel technologies and sustainable agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services for major clients in biofuel sector
- Analyze agricultural biomass potential for renewable energy production
- Develop sustainable biofuel crop cultivation strategies
- Conduct technical assessments of biomass supply chains
- Support clients in optimizing bioenergy production processes
Required Qualifications:
- Masters/PhD in Agronomy Agricultural Sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in biofuel research and consulting
- Deep knowledge of:
- Biomass cultivation techniques
- Biofuel production technologies
- Sustainability assessment methodologies
- Renewable energy agricultural systems
Technical Skills:
- Advanced GIS and data analysis capabilities
- Expertise in crop modeling
- Understanding of carbon footprint evaluation
- Proficiency in agricultural sustainability metrics
Desired Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- International project experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
