Job Description
A critical access hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across multiple outpatient clinics and specialties. As a Clinic Float RN you will support clinic operations by covering staffing needs assisting providers and ensuring safe efficient patient care across assigned clinics. The ideal candidate is flexible patient-centered and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards clinic protocols and provider orders
- Float between multiple outpatient clinics and specialties as assigned
- Perform patient assessments triage and clinical documentation
- Administer medications injections and immunizations as ordered
- Assist with procedures and examinations
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with providers clinical staff and support teams
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
