Specialist HR - TAG - Bangalore
Roles and responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Drive talent acquisition through job postings headhunting referrals and social media sourcing.
Screen interview and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers for timely feedback and closures.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives .
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal hiring standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 Years 7 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within a corporate or shared services setup.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals (e.g. Naukri LinkedIn)
