Location: Flushing NY
Contract Duration: 18 Weeks
Schedule: 3:30 PM 11:45 PM
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $18/hr

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a reliable Unit Receptionist Administrative to provide clerical and administrative support within a healthcare unit. This temporary role covers a leave of absence and requires flexibility with scheduling including weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and assist with general office tasks

  • Perform typing filing and data entry

  • Maintain timekeeping and attendance records

  • Support unit staff with administrative duties

  • Operate standard office equipment

  • Communicate professionally with staff and visitors

  • Work weekends and alternate schedules as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years of timekeeping experience

  • 1 year of clerical experience or related training

  • Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher
