Job Summary
Privatus Care Solutions a well-established provider of home care services is searching for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our New Jerseylocation. This position will require a detail-oriented team player that genuinely enjoys helping people problem solving and delivering top-notch customer service. We embrace a work environment that supports each other shows appreciation on a regular basis and laughs together every day!
Working with our team you will:
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of private care services to our clients
- Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Prior home care scheduling experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-27 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Home care scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scheduling CNAs/HHAs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scheduling RNs: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In office 5 days
