THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst for a project in thebanking sector.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps Forwards Options and Hybrid Strategies.
- Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients.
- Meet regulators timelines targets.
- Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales Legal Compliance IT and other Operational areas in London Paris Montreal Singapore and globally through daily interactions.
- Analytical skills
- Financial Instrument Knowledge
- Market Knowledge
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus
