Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated intern to support the team in automating processes and enhancing existing systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology problem-solving and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience in automation and system enhancement project.
- Exposure to real-world business processes and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in identifying manual processes that can be automated.
- Develop and implement automation scripts or workflows using suitable tools such as Power Automate Python VBA or RPA.
- Gather requirements test solutions and document processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliability.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python JavaScript) or automation tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Interest in process improvement and digital transformation.
