Content Creator Learning & Development 6 Month Term

About the role

Status: Temporary Full Time - 6 Month Term

Location: Remote

Like WCG you believe in the power of work. As Content Creator youll responsible for designing and developing engaging learning resources for the Learning & Development team with a strong focus on Employment Services content. This role will create blended learning solutions including interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) and develop supporting materials for instructor-led sessions. The position requires expertise in Employment Services delivery and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learner-friendly content.

What youll do

• Develop blended learning resources (instructor-led digital)
• Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
• Write clear concise instructional text and scripts for learning materials ü
• Design visually appealing slide decks guides templates and job aids
• Develop videos infographics and other multimedia learning assets
• Research industry-related topics and Employment Services best practices
• Validate content accuracy using credible sources
• Adapt technical information into clear learner-friendly formats
• Ensure all content reflects company culture and values
• Maintain brand consistency across all training materials
• Review and test e-learning modules for functionality accessibility and user experience
• Partner with L&D team and subject matter experts to gather information and validate content
• Collaborate to measure content effectiveness and learner engagement

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Proven experience in instructional design and content development
• Strong knowledge of Employment Services delivery and related processes
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or similar e-learning tools; or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
• Ability to create engaging learner-focused content for both e-learning and facilitated sessions
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in learning design (preferred)
• Solid understanding of confidentiality and professional codes of conduct

Preferred Criteria:

• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development
• Experience in Employment Services delivery or Workshop Facilitation may be considered an equivalent to formal education or certification
• Experience with Articulate 360
• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM compliance
