Job Description
Amazon Japan is excited to provide Program Management internship opportunities for 2027/2028 graduates in 2026. As a Program Manager Intern you will be championing various projects within the Amazon Logistics Team (AMZL) team. The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Team is responsible for the acquisition design construction and management of all facilities in the Amazon Delivery Station Network.
Such projects include but not limited to:
Management Office (PMO) :
Create and improve standardization for key PMO meetings and documentation
Implement and manage tools like ASANA for project tracking
Own sections of key documents and follow-up tracking
Automate repetitive tasks and data collection/reporting
2. Program Manager - On the Road (OTR):
Develop simulation models
Analyze capacity planning variables and their impact
Create segmented models for different shipment types and stations
Visualize capacity utilization across time slots
3. Program Manager Ultrafast Speed
Support implementation of sub 2-hour delivery solutions
Collaborate with Operations and Planning teams
Work with worldwide stakeholders on global strategies
4. Program Manager Launch and Execution - Partner Delivery Services
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy including market analysis and partner selection criteria.
Initiate and maintain high-level communications with prospective partners.
Lead complex tariff negotiations ensuring alignment with program tenets.
Oversee scheduling capacity allocation and volume forecasting processes collaborating with operations teams to optimize resource utilization.
Articulate and present program strategies to key stakeholders ensuring effective communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.

- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree program expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028
